Privacy Policy

1. Who we are. EL-PIRULI.COM is an AIMQWEST DIGITAL PROPERTY owned and operated by AIMQWEST CORPORATION. This Privacy Policy explains how AIMQWEST CORPORATION handles information when you visit EL-PIRULI.COM, place an order, create an account, contact support, or use a participating location. The independent restaurant or shop that prepares and fulfills your order may also receive the information needed to complete that order.

2. Information we collect. We collect information you choose to provide, such as your name, account email, optional phone number, order selections, pickup details, support requests, and account preferences. We also create operational records such as order status, policy acknowledgments, consent choices, security and audit events, and limited device, browser, network, and usage information needed to operate, secure, measure, and improve the platform. Guest checkout is available, and an account is optional.

3. How we use information. We use information to create and fulfill orders; confirm payments; calculate prices and tax; send transactional and kitchen notifications; provide account, order-history, support, refund, dispute, and privacy-request tools; prevent fraud and misuse; secure and maintain the platform; meet accounting, tax, audit, and legal duties; and understand whether public advertising helps customers find and use EL-PIRULI.COM. We do not use optional analytics or advertising measurement to decide whether you may place an order.

4. Payments. Payments are completed through Stripe-controlled pages and components. EL-PIRULI.COM does not collect, store, or proxy raw card or bank-account numbers. We retain payment status, amounts, provider references, fee, tax, commission, settlement, refund, and dispute records needed to operate and reconcile the marketplace, but payment credentials remain with the payment provider.

5. Cookies, analytics, and advertising. We use necessary cookies and similar storage for security, sessions, language, carts, and core site functions. On public EL-PIRULI.COM pages, configured Google advertising and analytics measurement loads only after you choose “Allow measurement.” If you choose “Necessary only,” those Google tags do not load. Approved events may describe non-identifying pages and shopping actions such as viewing the menu, selecting an item, adding to cart, beginning checkout, and a provider-confirmed purchase. We do not send customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, street addresses, authentication or session details, card or bank data, Owner or staff data, kitchen notes, support data, or protected account or Backoffice activity to Google advertising tags. Google may process consented measurement data under its own policies. You may change your choice by clearing EL-PIRULI.COM site data in your browser and choosing again. Google privacy information and ad controls are available at policies.google.com/privacy and myadcenter.google.com.

6. OpenAI and AI features. Optional AI-assisted features may use OpenAI to answer menu questions, help search, summarize operations, or draft content and translations. These features are server-side, advisory, and designed to minimize or redact personal information before a model request. Core ordering, payment, and fulfillment do not depend on AI. EL-PIRULI.COM does not currently use OpenAI advertising conversion tools on the public site. If that changes, we will update this Policy and obtain any notice, consent, or choice required before enabling the new use.

7. When we share information. We share information only as reasonably needed with the participating location fulfilling your order; payment, tax, hosting, email, security, storage, analytics, advertising, and support providers acting for the platform; professional advisers; and authorities or other parties when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a lawful business transfer. Providers receive only the information needed for their function and are subject to their own terms or contractual duties. We do not sell personal information for money, and we do not provide customer contact or payment information to advertising tags.

8. Retention and security. We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here and for required order, payment, tax, accounting, dispute, security, audit, and legal records. Eligible account information may be deleted or de-identified, but legal holds and mandatory retention may delay or limit deletion. We use access controls, encryption where appropriate, audit records, backups, monitoring, and provider-controlled payment surfaces. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

9. Your choices and rights. You may order as a guest, decline optional advertising measurement, decline marketing communications, and update account information and preferences. An authenticated account may request a copy or correction of eligible information or request deletion through the account privacy tools, subject to identity verification, provider obligations, legal holds, and required retention. You may also contact admin@el-piruli.com. Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide additional access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, appeal, or consent-withdrawal rights. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

10. Children. EL-PIRULI.COM is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly create accounts for or collect personal information directly from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child provided personal information should contact us.

11. Changes and contact. We may update this Policy as the platform, providers, or law changes. The public page will show the effective version, and we will provide additional notice when required. AIMQWEST CORPORATION is based in Texas, United States, and information may be processed in the United States and other places where approved providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards and law.
